Here at Revel Studios one of our most important standards is having multiple professionals shooting your photography and cinematography.

Why can’t it be done with one?

First, to be in two places at the same time is needed often throughout your day.  So much time, money and energy go into planning all the details of your wedding day and we want to be able to document everything from bride and groom preparation all the way to the end of the reception.  It is important to have one lead professional concentrate on the bride and groom all day, while the other is capturing the natural candid moments that are happening simultaneously. These moments will be images you cherish forever, and you just can’t capture it all with one person.   

Second, for filmmaking, it’s very important to have more hands in the production because there are so many pieces of equipment in use at your wedding. It would be impossible to get the same results with a one-man team.  Microphones, multiple camera set ups for different angles and drones are sometimes all in operation at once.  The quality of the film depends on this and we cannot create the same product you see in our portfolio without it.

Third, for photography, it helps save time! Weddings have a lot of moving parts and no matter how organized a couple is, something always takes up more time than originally planned for. One photographer can work with the bride and bridesmaids while the other is working with the groom and groomsmen during portraits.  Someone can be posing and helping gather family members for photos while the other is fixing the wedding dress and taking the photos. 

Our goal for photo & cinema is always to get the most beautiful images to showcase your love and your wedding day while saving you the most time.  The day goes by so fast and we want you to be able to enjoy your time celebrating with friends and family without being pulled away constantly.  The best part about it is you can have fun, be part of your cocktail hour, relax and Revel in the Moment confidently because we are creating memories you will have for a lifetime.
